Margaret Elizabeth Johnson, age 78, of Portland, Oregon, passed away on January 8, 2025. He was born on March 15, 1946 in Springfield, Illinois and lived a life defined by hard work, integrity, and devotion to his family.

Margaret built a distinguished career as a elementary school teacher, earning the respect of colleagues and peers alike. Beyond his professional accomplishments, he was a dedicated father and husband who took great pride in providing for his family. He was known for his loving, kind, and generous, qualities that earned him lasting friendships and the admiration of many.

Outside of work, he enjoyed gardening, reading, and baking, pursuits that brought him relaxation and fulfillment throughout the years.

He is survived by her husband Robert, daughter Sarah (Tom), son David (Emily), and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by her parents James and Mary Williams.

Funeral services will be held A memorial service will be held Saturday, January 15 at 2:00 PM at Grace Community Church.. The family welcomes friends and loved ones to join them in honoring his memory.
